Vacant Home Staging starts at $1,750 for 60 days of rental.
How long does a vacant stage take?
Typically, a vacant stage takes 1 to 4 hours. That includes us taking photos and videos for our marketing purposes.
How long should I leave a property staged?
We recommend leaving a home staged until the appraisal process is complete.
Can buyers purchase the staging furniture?
Possibly! Depending on the items and the current market, we may be able to sell the items staged in a property if the buyer wishes to do so.

Yes, the design minimum is $10,000 for clients looking to purchase furniture and decor.
What does the average living, dining and/or bedroom cost to furnish and design?
Prices vary widely based on quality and uniqueness of each piece but you can expect to spend $10,000 to $20,000 per room.
What is your process for interior design clients?
For design clients we start with an in-home consultation to talk about needs, wants, style and etc. From there we can take notes, make a list, get measurements and leave with a game plan. We would get to work on sourcing you furniture, fixtures, decor and accessories. We place orders and set up delivery and installation for you!
